Optimus Connect is a mobile client for Android devices that provides support for the Russian P2P service. With this app, users can view both SD and HD streams through the cloud, although not all recorders and cameras are supported. The app also supports H.264, H.265, and H.265+ codecs, allowing for efficient video compression.

One of the standout features of Optimus Connect is its ability to remotely playback archived footage on a full screen, directly from a mobile device. The app also supports PTZ control and audio playback, enhancing the user's surveillance experience. Optimus Connect offers an automatic equipment search feature, simplifying the process of adding devices to the app. Users can add devices using serial numbers, IP addresses, or domains.

Please note that after the January 2022 update, users of Android versionswill have their list of devices and passwords cleared due to Google's data storage requirements. However, users can contact Optimus technical support to obtain a special version of Optimus Connect, which allows for data migration upon first launch. Additional settings may need to be configured on the phone to grant Optimus Connect access to all files.
